My name is Michelle and I’m the main contributor to this website.
I created this because I was frustrated. I mean seriously….how many different times have you tried to motivate yourself to lose weight? I can’t even keep track.
I orginally gained 20 pounds after getting married in 2008. In early 2012, I successfully lost about 9 pounds after scratching the peanut m&m and snicker bags late-night snacks, cutting out desserts and refined carbs. But then I was stuck. All I want is to lose the last 8-10 pounds….and it’s frustrating!
I have always worked out but I was still at least 10-15 pounds overweight. I swear, I’ve tried everything. I have a cupboard full of pills that promised me a skinny body and tiny waist.
Then one day, I ran across an article discussing interval workouts…and doing weight-bearing excercise….and eating correctly. I took what I learned and thought I would try it out…and it was THEN I started losing weight and my body was taking shape!
I am now in the process of becoming a certified personal trainer…I want to share what I’ve learned with you.
Because trust me, if you are still struggling, this may very likely be your source of weight loss…finally!!!
