Place the following ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until there is a smooth texture.
1 cup of expeller pressed olive oil
3-4 hard boiled free range organic eggs
1 teaspoon of Celtic Salt
1 Tablespoons of vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice.
Store in refrigerator.
